Who are we?

Members of the Iranian American Community and supporters of the main Iranian opposition, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

Why are we holding rally/protesting?

To protest against presence of Iranian regime president Masoud Pezeshkian’s at the United Nations General Assembly. Pezeshkian has overseen nearly 200 executions since taking office in July 2024, continuing the regime’s legacy of brutality which include the 1988 Massacre of 30,000 political prisoners, the killing of pro-democracy protesters in 2018, 2019, 2022, and since.

What are we calling for?

Call on the UN to hold the regime in Tehran accountable for ongoing crimes against humanity and for the international community to support the Iranian people’s organized resistance for complete and democratic regime change in Iran.
