Use of Website and Services

You agree to use the OIAC website and services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

All content on OIAC’s website—including text, graphics, logos, petitions, and event materials—is the property of OIAC or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution.

Petitions, Events, and Communications

By signing an OIAC petition, registering for an event, subscribing to newsletters, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive related communications from OIAC by email and/or SMS.
  • Emails: contain an unsubscribe link for opting out.
  • SMS/Text Messages: reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Petition signatures may be submitted to policymakers, government officials, or advocacy partners with only the necessary details (such as your name and location).
Participation in OIAC activities is always voluntary, and you may opt out of communications at any time.

Third-Party Links, Tools, and Advertising

OIAC’s website may include links to third-party websites, services, or tools (such as event platforms, petition services, or social media). These are provided for convenience only. OIAC does not control or endorse third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

OIAC may also use third-party analytics and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to measure engagement and deliver relevant ads. Use of these tools is described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

The OIAC website, services, and communications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OIAC makes no warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OIAC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
