The Organization of Iranian American Communities (OIAC) will hold a briefing and celebrate Christmas. Leaders and representatives of Iranian American communities from 40 states will be attending.
The briefing is intended to highlight the Iran protests, human rights violations, Tehran’s malign activities in the Middle East and the serious national security they pose, as well as the recent terror plots in Europe and the U.S.
We are expecting bipartisan Members of Congress to join us for celebrating Christmas and speak in support of a human rights and freedom in Iran.

Iranian Americans and their friends rally to voice support for the Iranian people uprising outside the White House on Saturday, Jan 6, 2018
WASHINGTON, DC, USA, January 4, 2018, Iranian Americans will hold a rally in solidarity with the uprising in Iran at 12:30 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018, outside the White House.
Calling for the overthrow of the ruling religious dictatorship, as demanded by the protesters in Iran, the participants will also call on the U.S. administration and the international community to take specific and urgent measure to stop the Iranian regime’s brutal suppression of the freedom-seeking demonstrators in some 80 cities across Iran.
45, mostly youths, have been killed by the security forces and more than 2,000 have been arrested.

We are delighted to announce the upcoming event scheduled for November 21, 2017 at 10:00 am at the National Press Club, Holeman Lounge. The event is the second in a series of discussions on “The U.S. Policy On Iran: The Way Forward”.
As part of implementing its new Iran policy, the administration designated Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist entity (SDGT).
Panelists
Senator Joseph Lieberman has served in the U.S. Senate from 1989 to 2013. A former member of the Democratic Party, he was the party’s nominee for Vice President in the 2000 election.
Gen. Chuck Wald, former deputy commander of U.S. European Command, a position he held from 2002 until his retirement from the U.S. Air Force in July 2006, he was responsible for all U.S. forces operating across 91 countries in Europe, Africa, Russia, parts of Asia, the Middle East, and most of the Atlantic Ocean.
